Returns & Refunds

As these are personal-care products, opened items cannot be returned. If your set arrives damaged or incorrect, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or a full refund.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If a payment was debited but your order was not confirmed, Razorpay automatically refunds the amount to your account.
